About us

During the last decade Terramond has established itself as one of the most active property development companies in the West of England. Established in 1996 the company constructed its first development scheme in 1998 with the development of Wellington Park at Hedge End in a joint venture.

Subsequently Terramond has completed several successful schemes and is currently marketing prime properties at Poplar Park in Avonmouth and Lysander House, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.

 

The company also works on new housing, brown field land and mixed use schemes, bringing land through the planning process. Terramond is also working on a mixed use scheme in Frome which includes residential and a proposed town centre extension, involving shops, offices and workshops together with new community open space.
