  • A unit of 14,895 sq ft has been pre let to BT.
  • A further 66,615 sq ft warehouse was pre let to Sheffield Insulation Group and was completed in January 2007.
  • The National Blood Transfusion Service purchased a further 9 acres and recently completed a new regional centre.
  • Plot 100, was pre sold to Safestore and a 20,000 sq ft self storage has been built.
  • Triflight, a work of public art is now on permenant display at the entrance of the site.
